The Wauwatosa Schools' organizational values are a set of deeply held beliefs that govern and guide our decisions, behavior and practices in meeting our goals and in dealing with each other, students, parents and community members. We believe the purpose of the Wauwatosa School District is to foster the well-being, growth and development of our children. We recognize that this occurs in a cooperative partnership with the entire community. We view our human resources as key participants in ensuring student success. We design our educational program to reflect the values of our learning community.
