Company Overview

“We feel very fortunate to be in such a great school and district.” —OASD Parent

The Oconomowoc Area School District (OASD) covers approximately 120 sq. miles and draws students from Waukesha, Jefferson and Dodge counties. This year, the District served more than 5,000 students; it has grown by an average of 100 students for each of the last six years. It is one of very few Wisconsin Districts that can make that claim.

OASD includes an outstanding high school for students in 9th through 12th grade. Oconomowoc High School offers a unique combination of programming which includes the International Baccalaureate Programme, Advanced Placement classes and many other learning options. OHS also includes an award-winning arts center and field house, both completed in 2008.

The District also features two almost-identical intermediate schools - Nature Hill and Silver Lake – which opened only three years ago. The intermediate schools are located at opposite ends of the District, and offer personalized learning experiences for students including three world languages, a complete arts curriculum and technology-enhanced classes to help students prepare for and lead a digital world.

Five elementary schools round out the Oconomowoc Area School District. It is there that students begin their education with the help of a supportive, well-trained and enthusiastic staff. The nurturing environment of each site welcomes families and embraces students in a family of learning.
