Since 1910, Family Service Madison, located at 128 E. Olin Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin, has been serving and celebrating families. As a nonprofit human service agency, we offer help to people of all income levels. This year we will work with over 5,000 families in our continued and dedicated efforts to support family life in Dane County, Wisconsin.

Known for our innovative, proactive and results oriented programming, Family Service Madison provides counseling to individuals, families, and groups. Family Service Madison is affiliated with the Alliance for Families and Children and shares its mission to strengthen family life in all its forms. Staffed by experienced mental health and social service professionals, the agency is certified by the council on accreditation as a child and family counseling and mental health agency. Under the guidance and direction of experienced mental health/AODA and social service professionals, Family Service Madison is committed to continuing and expanding upon its accomplishments through program initiatives that address contemporary issues such as children at-risk for school failure, personal and family finance, substance abuse, children and adolescents at-risk for out-of-home placements and family violence. We are also certified by the National Council on Accreditation (COA) as a child and family counseling and mental health agency.
