The Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources (GWAAR) is looking for a full-time, grant-funded, Share The Care Project Coordinator. Share The Care is a national program model built on the concept of coordinated team caregiving. This position will be responsible for designing outreach, training, and development and technical assistance services for the implementation of Share The Care stations to serve people living alone with dementia throughout the state of Wisconsin. This position can be located anywhere throughout the state.
A bachelor’s degree in social work or a closely-related field is required. A master’s degree and expertise in dementia is preferred. Candidates must have project management experience, be able to work effectively with limited management direction, and have good written and verbal communication skills. They must also be well-organized, demonstrate initiative, and must be able to travel throughout the state of Wisconsin.
