Job Description
Job Summary: The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) assists with administrative duties throughout a project from start-up through closeout.  The PMA follows processes and procedures efficiently and effectively to ensure accuracy on all projects and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties: Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with plan printing
  • Billings and invoice approval
  • Assisting designers with the design checklist, completing equipment submittals, submitting approvals, completing O&M manuals and pulling permits and completing applications
  • Driving and attending project meetings including end of month project reviews with Sales/Project Management Team, daily design huddles, and weekly progress meetings
  • Maintaining business unit and project files and folders
  • Spearheading the Monona Way Process including scheduling huddles, generating notes, and following up on open items
  • Pulling information together for estimates
  • Getting subcontractor quotes with help from purchasing
Qualifications: Associate's degree in Construction or related field.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. 1 or more years of relevant work experience.  Previous project management related experience preferred.
