Job Summary: The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) assists with administrative duties throughout a project from start-up through closeout. The PMA follows processes and procedures efficiently and effectively to ensure accuracy on all projects and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties: Duties and responsibilities include:
Assisting with plan printing
Billings and invoice approval
Assisting designers with the design checklist, completing equipment submittals, submitting approvals, completing O&M manuals and pulling permits and completing applications
Driving and attending project meetings including end of month project reviews with Sales/Project Management Team, daily design huddles, and weekly progress meetings
Maintaining business unit and project files and folders
Spearheading the Monona Way Process including scheduling huddles, generating notes, and following up on open items
Pulling information together for estimates
Getting subcontractor quotes with help from purchasing
Qualifications: Associate's degree in Construction or related field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. 1 or more years of relevant work experience. Previous project management related experience preferred.
