Fire Protection Estimator

Job Description
Job Summary: The Estimator oversees fire protection contract projects from bid preparation through handoff and is responsible for review of bid documents, preparation of the project estimate, customer proposals, etc. The Estimator reviews job boards to identify new project opportunities and reviews completed projects using findings to adjust estimating as needed. The Estimator follows processes and procedures efficiently and effectively to Monona's expectations to ensure accuracy of all estimates and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate has the following:
- Degree in architectural engineering, engineering technology, construction or related field
- 5 or more years of fire protection design experience
- NICET certification
- 5 or more years of previous fire protection estimating experience
