Job Description
Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking a Foreman for our Plumbing Contract business unit. The Foreman is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all necessary resources on the job site throughout the entire project and for job site organization, installation of systems, timecards and any other necessary paperwork, budgeting hours, installation of correct materials, quality control, etc. The Foreman directs the activities of the crew on site and is knowledgeable of specifications and scope of work. The Foreman follows processes and procedures efficiently and effectively to Monona's expectations to ensure accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
