The Office Administrator/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office. The position is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls and providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
Job Duties:
• Answers phones and directs calls to the appropriate person
• Greets and directs customer, vendors, and other visitors to the office
• Provides clerical and administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, mailings, and other general office duties
• Proactively monitors, orders, receives, and stocks office supplies
• Proactively monitors office equipment and coordinates the repair and maintenance
• Assists in the planning, preparation, and cleanup of company meetings and events
• Processes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mailings as requested, including all employee company mailings
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)
• Coordinates and orders office lunches
• Orders company-issued cell phones and business cards
• Maintains and distributes employee phone lists
• Performs other duties as assigned
Hours: 7:00-4:00 Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate has previous receptionist and administrative support experience in an office environment. Strong customer service orientation required.
