Fabrication Shop Laborer

Job Description
Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking laborers for our Sprinkler Fabrication Shop. Responsibilities include assisting in the production of fire sprinkler systems, including measuring, marking, cutting and assembling pipe and pipe fittings; order picking and delivery of fire sprinkler systems and their related materials; using various power equipment in the fabrication of systems, including pipe threading machines, welders, plasma cutters, roll cutters, roll groovers, and end prep-machines, as well as general power tools.
Typical hours are M-F 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Previous welding experience required. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is also required.
