Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary role of the Technical Support person is to field help desk calls and support the day-to-day end user computer operations at CPI.

Coating Place, Inc. pays a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for new employees after completing one year of employment. 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
 
  • Point of contact for all Help Desk calls
  • Support end user computer hardware, software, and phones
  • Maintain Asset Tracking database
  • Assist in user training on software and devices
  • Analyze ongoing issues and propose long-term solutions
  • Other Duties as assigned
 
 
EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
 
 
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field or currently enrolled in related program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft Windows 7/8
  • Microsoft Office 2010
  • Microsoft SharePoint 2010
  • Networking (CompTIA equivalent)
  • Computer Basics (CompTIA equivalent)
  • Familiar with Domain infrastructure on Windows Server 2008 and up
  • Understanding of Virtualization concepts (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, XENserver)
