Overview

Per Mar Security is seeking a qualified individual for Full time 2nd and part time 3rd shift Field Supervisors. If you have a passion for security and a desire to be in a leadership role, then this is the job for you!

What: Field Supervisor

2nd shift Wednesday - Sunday 3-11pm

$24 per hour!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Must pass background check
  • Reliable Transportation (frequent travel required)
  • Must have a WI Private Security License
  • 18 years of age or older
  • GED/HS Diploma/High School Equivalency
  • Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire

Job Skills / Requirements

Objectives:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direction to Per Mar Security personnel during non-business hours and to respond to personnel issues at the time of occurrence. This position is responsible for multiple client sites and will ensure proper employee performance by adhering to company and client policies and procedures in accordance with client contract needs. Additionally, in this role you will provide security for the client's property, operations and employees by responding to and effectively handling alarm calls and mobile stops in accordance with the requirements of the client contract and state and local regulations.


  • Supervise team of security officers at multiple locations
  • Travel between locations to check on security officers and sites
  • Ensure security officer coverage at job sites and officer compliance based on company and client policies

In this role, you will:

? Respond to issues at the time of occurrence.
? Adhere to and enforce all Per Mar and client company policies and procedures.
? Report and resolve when possible, incidents involving Security Officers to Supervisors and Management.
? Maintain and distribute required reports and records.
? Perform post-inspections.
? Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mars internal/external customers.
? Assume responsibility for enforcing Per Mars attendance expectations.
? The Field Supervisor will act as a liaison for Security personnel at assigned accounts during non-business hours.
? Respond to all alarm calls performing the necessary action(s) the situation requires.
? Perform mobile stops at client accounts to ensure the security of parking lots, and building doors and windows.
? Complete and process all paperwork required for this position including, but not limited to, report filing of daily alarm activity, trip sheets, and accident and vehicle reports.
? As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skilled with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
  • Previous security experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to write clear and concise activity and incident reports
