Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with hybrid work optional.

We are seeking a Transplant Administrative Manager to:

  • Manage the UW Health Transplant Center administrative staff, to include patient scheduling specialists and transplant support specialists.
  • Communicate standard processes and policies across all areas impacted by Transplant Operations.
  • Support the implementation of future Transplant Center intake center seven days per week to manage referrals with patients.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree business, finance, information systems or other relevant field

Preferred - Master's degree in business or healthcare field

Work Experience:

Minimum -

  • Two years experience in health care
  • One (1) year of leadership responsibilities with experience in the direct management of staff.

Preferred -

  • Transplant experience
  • Database program management experience
