The Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) Sales Analyst I is responsible for supporting Commercial Bankers, Strategic Account Managers (AMs), Treasury Management Officers (TMOs), Solution Consultants (SCs) and Sales Analysts (SAs) to create and analyze proposals, RFPs and sales presentations for Treasury and Commercial Card products. This position assists in gathering and verifying correct documentation for new TM and Card implementations. Additionally, this role focuses on identifying referral opportunities for the AMs, SAs, SCs and TMOs while providing a high level of customer support.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Treasury and Payment Solutions Sales Support:
  • Develops proformas, proposals and customer profitability analysis for Treasury, Commercial Card and Integrated Payables opportunities. Coordinates proposal responses and works across business lines to gather response information (if needed)
  • Assists with revenue forecasting for TM fees and Commercial Card revenue
  • Understands and communicates the sales culture and vision within each member bank
  • Creates comprehensive Relationship Reviews including account structure, industry updates, and product/service recommendations for existing TM and Commercial Card clients.
  • Prepares pre-call planning prep and materials for TPS client and prospect meetings.
  • Serves as the designated backup to the SA team
  • Sales Management Support:
  • Identifies referral opportunities in SalesForce
  • Records reassignment of all AM, TMO and SC colleagues within assigned region
  • Coordinates and prepares materials for internal meetings
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of all applicable compliance laws and regulations including but not limited to BSA/AML/OFAC/CRA, consumer compliance, etc.
  • Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Business Administration/Management, Finance
  • 1-3 years related experience, preferably with related experience in sales, sales support and commercial banking
  • Basic knowledge of cash management products, commercial card products, principles and practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines, with the ability to adapt within a changing environment
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

The targeted salary for this role is:

$62,127.00 - $80,765.00

Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location of the specific role as well as work experience, education, and skills of the selected candidate.
