Work Schedule:
FTE 100%, 90%, 80%, 60%, 24-40 hours per week (Full and Part-Time options). You may be eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Monday - Friday day shift with variable start times. At University Hospital: Saturday and Sunday shifts 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on a reasonable rotational basis. One hour call response time. Call is at University Hospital only in rotation with other sonographers. The team supports coverage across the Madison area.

We are seeking a Cardiovascular Sonographer to:
At UW Health, you will have:
Education:
Minimum - Graduate of an ultrasonography program
Preferred -
* Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited ultrasonography training program.
* Bachelor's degree in Ultrasonography, Radiology, Biological Sciences or a relevant health sciences field.
Work Experience:
Preferred - Two (2) years of cardiovascular imaging experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum -
* Registered in echocardiography and vascular ultrasound (RCS, RDCS, RVT, or RVS)
* Basic Life Support/CPR
