100% FTE, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Education:
Minimum - Graduate of an accredited, entry-level degree program (Baccalaureate or higher) in Occupational Therapy. Credentialed by the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapists (NBCOT). Must obtain NPI number prior to starting the fellowship program.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Six (6) months of experience in rehabilitation of the upper extremity from any setting: acute, chronic, or lymphedema.
Preferred - One (1) year of experience in rehabilitation of the upper extremity from any setting: acute, chronic, or lymphedema.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
