100%, day shift. Monday - Friday with flexible start time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Provide leadership support with calendar management, meeting preparation and follow-up, and coordination of activities and schedules for management and department teams.
  • Assist with creating tools and communications for our Med Flight, Emergency Department and Access Stakeholders.
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Education:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred -

  • Three years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
