We have an immediate opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee all plant electrical systems, repairs, and improvement activities at Wisconsin Centrifugal. This Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of all electrical and electronic equipment. Additionally, this Supervisor is responsible for all long-range planning for electrical projects and for the electrical portion of any other projects. This position has supervisory responsibility for all three shifts of electrical staff and will be directly involved in the selection, hiring, training and development of new personnel. Additional responsibilities include managing administrative programs that concern electrical systems and personnel. Also, will be responsible for oversight of contractors as needed, directing their activities to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects.

Qualifications

A strong electrical background, preferably an Electrical Engineering degree or 10+ years in a foundry or other industrial activity as an Electrical Supervisor. Electrical problem-solving skills and experience leading the trouble shooting and repair of electrical and electronic equipment is required. Should have experience with controls, instrumentation, and electrical distribution systems. Project management experience would be a plus. Qualified candidates should have good communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
