The Billing Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients. The Billing Analyst's responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to prepare and resolve account discrepancies, validating invoice accuracy, resolve payment variance and maintain accurate client records.

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for accuracy according to client contract.
• Work with internal departments to verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including recording of bank deposits and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
• Complete online banking client withdrawals
• Investigate and resolve payment variance.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify delinquent payment/s
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by contacting clients via email
• Maintain accurate client records within established systems.
• Process and deliver reports to internal/external clients related to receivables.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees and clients.
• Assist with annual financial audit.

What our team expects from you?

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience in a similar role
• PBM or Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in accounting software (Great Plains preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
