Job Description
Position Title: Bilingual HR Manager

Salary: Based on Experience

A Bilingual HR Manager job in Portage, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This position will oversee the daily HR operations including recruiting, benefit administration, training, and ensuring compliance to employment policies and procedures. Bilingual HR Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all daily HR Operations and staff.
- Recruit and staff candidates for open positions.
- Administer employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance to employment policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations and performance management.
- Assist in making strategic HR decisions to improve processes.

Bilingual HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- 5+ years of broad Human Resources experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
