Overview of Position:
The Heiser Automotive Group has an opening for a Service Manager. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with service management experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail oriented, and who is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, laws, and restrictions and remain current on industry standards and new innovations and processes
  • Monitor department issues and customer complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
  • Help train new employees in company procedures
  • Audit work and customer service to ensure high standards and goals are being met.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) relevant service experience
  • Previous automotive service management experience preferred
  • Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
