Job Description

Operate and set-up Cell equipment in the manufacturing of quality PTFE molded cylinders. Preform inspection of product to print and router requirements. Collect process data where applicable, maintain tooling, and aid in the instruction and training of lower operators.

* Operate and set-up multi pieces of cell equipment

* Make adjustments to cell equipment as needed

* Pull tooling and raw material.

* Inspect and maintain tooling.

* Run quality product at efficient rate

* Aid in the training of Cell employees

* Collect SPC Data

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Intermediate reasoning level. (Able to follow schedules and work instructions.)

* Basic English language skills (able to read work instructions and fill out required records.)

* Intermediate mathematical skills (able to compute simple mathematical equations, either by hand or with a calculator.)

* Two or more years of manufacturing experience on similar equipment.

* Operation of inspection Tools and Gauges (Tape measure, caliper & weight scale)

* Blue print reading

* Stand and walk for 10 hours

* Lift and pull up to 50 lbs. 30% to 40% of work shift

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ["green card" holders], or have refugee or asylee status).
