Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Functions as the Bank's primary contact with the public.
  • Works directly with customers.
  • Manages a cash drawer.
  • Opens new accounts helps customers with further products or assistance.
  • Handles customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Answering phone calls throughout the day.
  • Able to collaborate with other team members.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides feedback on customer concerns.
  • Performs all other reasonable related duties as required.
  • Community Involvement - service organizations; chamber & other.
