Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Account Specialist position, you'll deliver exceptional value and service to both Direct Supply customers and non-traditional customers and channels. Your responsibilities will include communication via email, phone, and click-to-chat. Additionally, you'll offer essential selling support to Account Managers who are away from the office, assisting with consultation, quoting, and order placement as needed.

This position works within our E&F business.

Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings

Direct Supply supports every step of procurement with more than 1 million product solutions and streamlined large project management. Our care provider customers rely on us for personalized expertise, outrageous customer service and innovative solutions designed to make their jobs easier.

  • Communicates Effectively - Delivers clear and timely communication in-person, over the phone, as well as through written email, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Solves Problems - Can manage competing priorities and deliver within defined timelines while also ensuring strong attention to detail and consistent updates are provided where needed.

  • Delivers Results - Proven ability to work independently, self-motivate, and achieve individual results with high energy and determination.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Process customer orders, handle pre-sale and post-sale inquiries, and manage order fulfillment questions.

  • Communicate order fulfillment status and backorder information to customers effectively.

  • Gain a deep understanding of Direct Supply's offerings to provide better customer support.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address customer needs promptly.

  • Assist customers through Click to Chat, phone calls, and emails when their dedicated Account Manager is unavailable.

  • Successfully complete other assigned projects under leadership guidance.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Items of Interest:

  • 2 years of customer service or sales experience
