POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Well-being Program Manager (PM) will work collaboratively with the Marathon Petroleum's health promotion team to raise awareness and promote engagement in Marathon's health promotion programs. The PM will work with and be a resource for the individual employer units in the Marathons health promotion activities, including those sourced from additional vendors. This position is onsite in Findlay, Ohio with up to 40% travel to other locations within the region.
The PM is responsible for supporting client satisfaction, retention and reference-ability. They will act as a customer advocate, as well as a point of contact with customer stakeholders to increase participant engagement and maximize value delivered through the WebMD relationship. They provide thought leadership and support program planning and impact assessment, as well as coordination and promotion of services. The PM will proactively identify opportunities for nutrition related service delivery enhancement and improvement. As opportunities are identified, they work with other Client Services staff, Account and Product Management to improve processes, and develop new solutions. The successful candidate will have a background in dietetics, nutrition, or population health management.
In this role, you will:
  • Increase awareness and engagement in Marathon's well-being offerings, focusing primarily on nutrition related services.
  • Collaborate with Marathon team to develop and execute enterprise wide nutrition strategy and coordinate local initiatives at designated locations.
  • Develop and implement nutrition related programs, presentations and resources enterprise wide.
  • Assist with gathering, creating and editing nutrition related materials for health education and program promotion.
  • Provide ongoing project management for current onsite programs and promotional events.
  • Implement onsite culture of health assessments and provide recommendations for improved culture of well-being at designated locations.
  • Establish relationships and buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for well-being initiatives by client site location.
  • Assist and facilitate linkage between benefits, environmental health and safety, occupational health, medical, behavioral health/EAP, facilities, and other client vendors.
  • Assist in the delivery and coordination of Health Improvement, Health and Wellness Programs and Challenges for client team members.
  • Assist in the delivery and coordination of Health and Wellness Programs and Challenges for client team members and develop resources to create engagement among program participants.
  • Coordination of well-being meetings, nutrition webinars, and other communications.
  • Provide Wellness Champion Network support, including expansion across U.S. sites & training of local wellness committees.
  • Ongoing program performance review and health/wellness strategy support.
  • Track and report on all participant-facing activities (presentations, tabling events, workshops).
  • Support WebMD Health Services product and service line expansion.
  • Support process improvement and service model design efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • BA/BS in Nutrition or Dietetics required
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen is required.
