Financial Analyst III

• Data analysis and financial modeling to support the contract negotiation process with providers across Unity's service area.
• Evaluate medical expense trends and identify cost saving opportunities through improvements in quality and efficiency.
• Support the reporting and analytical needs for HEDIS, quality initatives and pay for performance programs.
• Represent Provider Relations on committees and serve as the subject matter expert on projects across the organization.
• Present findings and make recommendations to Unity's management team.

A Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field is required.  Experience in the following areas is also preferred:  Strong healthcare and analytical background, preferable in provider reimbursement, medical expense, underwriting, medical codiing and HEDIS.  Interested candidates should submit resume and application to www.unityhealth.com.
