Position Description
Requires 2-3 years related experience; prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Highly motivated self starter; reliability & dependability
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production schedules, purchase orders,
maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
• Basic reading, writing, technical drawing reading skills
• Strong leadership skills & problem solving skills
• Carry out lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws to include training employees, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding, disciplining, and motivating employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Mechanical aptitude & experience in inspection methods
• Skills in metal fabrication, packaging, & manufacturing
• Computer proficient (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
