Position Description
Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently staffing food production workers with a local company. All shifts available, weekends and overtime may be required.
*1st shift openings, start times range from 4:40am to 7:00 am
*2nd shift openings, start times range from 2:15pm to 4:45 pm
*Reliable schedule and overtime
*Excellent attendance is a must
*Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
*Must have professional references
*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, twist
Responsibilities :
• Fill, cook, set, stir, cut product
• Transfer product to tables for processing
• Rinse and sanitize vats and fine saver to assure safety of product
• Cut, stack and mat product piles to achieve uniform piles and eliminate waste
• Flip and turn product piles in the proper time frame to achieve desired ripening and specific size
• Remove product from table at proper make-time to achieve a final PH and size to MMM area
• Sample and test product to verify proper TA and PH level and pass information to proper channel
• Provide accurate vat segregation to MMM area for clear identification of vats for quality tracking
• Prepare fine saver for collection of production fines to reduce waste
• Set up and dismantle tables and vats to prepare for milk process and meet needs of production
• Spray down and sanitize tables and floors with water and sanitizer to keep area neat and safe
• Remove and perform sanitation screens, knives and rakes from table for COP
• Empty contaminated product and sample containers to appropriately use all products
• Deliver work are to sanitation in that meets predetermined standards
