About this Role 
As a member of the professional services team, you will work closely with healthcare and local government IT staff and operations teams to design, implement, and support workflows for document handling automation. You’ll work closely with our sales, engineering, and data capture teams to provide customers and prospects with solutions and demos tailored to meet their needs. You’ll get to flex your problem-solving skills as you respond to customer issues, investigating down to the root cause to provide lasting solutions. By guiding our customer partners through workflow analysis, testing their systems, and providing application expertise for their IT departments, you’ll help customers achieve their organizational goals and get their teams back to caring for their patients and serving their communities.

Required experience and skills: 
  • Bachelor's or greater in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, MIS/CIS, Informatics, or other science-related field
  • Greater than 1 year of professional experience in a customer facing role
  • Proven track record of success in setting and achieving ambitious goals
  • Experience with Windows OS and domain administration
  • Experience with healthcare IT and/or administration, preferably experience installing or supporting Epic or another EMR
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work autonomously
Preferred experience and skills:
  • Experience writing analytic SQL queries
  • Experience with Tableau or other popular data exploration, visualization, and dashboarding software
  • Some background or exposure to a programming language
  • Prior experience with JIRA, Git, and/or BitBucket a huge plus
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Docker
  • Experience with IIS and web administration
