The Opportunity
This position will be part of Singlewire’s sales operations team. The Account Manager will provide sales efforts in assigned territories to provide excellence in customer service in addition to reaching and expanding billed revenue goals. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and identifying and connecting with key business stakeholders within assigned territories. Additionally, the Account Manager will be the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal Singlewire teams.
Support of our customers and partners (Value Added Resellers) with professionalism and delivering overall satisfaction. Consistent daily sales execution and results for meeting or exceeding all assigned targets by identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
Responsible for calling the existing client install base promoting new product usage, and up-sell activities. Execute the defined communications for our new and existing Singlewire customers within territory and documenting in CRM (SalesForce) (i.e. Check-In After Purchase, Maintenance Expiration Notice, New Features)
Demonstrate product features and capabilities to prospects and existing customers
Manage Basic Paging Customer registrations and increase conversion rate to IC Advanced
Set up Demonstrations with targeted prospects
Provide timeliness, quality and accurate documents, quoting and client correspondence for assigned territories (All quotes, opportunities and correspondence must be documented in CRM)
Owning the quote to closure process for SMB or as agreed to within your team.
Execute campaigns as assigned
Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline status through opportunities or defined process within CRM
Provide requested dashboards and reporting to manager including but not limited to contacts made, forecast and opportunity status
Must have quality teamwork, professionalism and a positive attitude within the sales team, along with accurate record keeping in SalesForce and other databases, adherence to sales pricing guidelines and following process(es) set up by the management team.

Associates degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in comparable sales role
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy under high volumes of sales activity
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to perform under deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn new systems and processes
Experience with Salesforce.com
Occasional schedule flexibility during peak times and the ability to perform office errands
