Scientific Protein Laboratories is a biopharmaceutical leader in the development and cGMP compliant manufacturing of heparin, pancreatin, heparin derivatives, naturally derived pharmaceuticals, and recombinant proteins from microbial fermentation. We have an immediate opening in Waunakee, WI (Madison area) for a Maintenance Helper to join our 2nd shift team.

Under direct supervision, the Maintenance Helper performs routine activities such as minor repairs on pumps, hoses, facility and support equipment. The incumbent will also be required to work with the Maintenance inventory and assist Maintenance Supervisors and Planner/Scheduler on inventory issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision performs routine unskilled and semi-skilled activities such as minor equipment repairs, water treatment analysis, snow removal, grounds maintenance and cleaning.
• Learns, understands and complies with cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) developed for the department and facility.
• Adheres to established work schedules in a consistently reliable manner, and performs job responsibilities and delivers work products on a dependable and timely basis.
   

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 6+ months of experience
• Driver's License
