Job Description
Warehouse Coordinator

Current or previous warehousing experience preferred

Background in construction trades warehousing a plus

Strong mechanical background a plus
ResponsibilitiesCoordination of multi-building warehouse and product/material logistics

Unloads shipments arriving via various freight companies.

Receives deliveries from express couriers.

Prepares and stages shipments for express couriers.

Verifies received shipments for completeness and condition of product.

Organizes product in warehouse(s) and/or stock room in orderly and neat manner.

Maintains equipment and tools in top operating condition.

Prints related paperwork for upcoming installations.

Pulls/stages product for upcoming installations.

Loads delivery truck/van/trailer with required equipment.

Delivers equipment to sites throughout state of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Picks up equipment from vendors with state of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Maintains company facilities in orderly manner (snow removal, garbage, weed/grass control, etc.) including light maintenance.

Assists with product preparation for upcoming installations.

Properly disposes of returned scrap materials and/or items.

Properly re-inventories excess returned items from technicians/jobs.

Properly handles and tracks returns to vendors of excess inventory items.

Properly handles and tracks repairs to vendors of faulty/inoperative items.

Properly tracks incoming shipments of product.

Other duties as required by supervisor.
SkillsStrong organizational skills

Forklift certification required or be able to obtain

Ability to proficiently drive vehicle with trailer

Ability to proficiently drive large delivery vehicle

Ability to proficiently use hand tools and various equipment such as: Stick Welder, Wire Welder, Gas Torch Set, Drill Press, Forklift, Pallet Jack and Roll-a-Lifts, Snow Blower and Other Property Maintenance Equipment

Ability to proficiently utilize a personal computer with programs such as: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems

Physical demand requires 100% use of senses and limbs and the ability to lift 100 lbs. - standing, bending, stooping, and climbing are also required - driving for long periods of time (4 hours or more) may frequently be necessary
OtherThis position is between 20-30 hrs/week. No nights no weekends. We are open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
