We are looking for an energetic, aggressive, “hunter-minded” and results-oriented Technical Staffing Sales and Business Development Manager to identify and obtain new business accounts, with a focus on driving the offering of IT & engineering staffing services. We want someone that had a true hunter mentality and is motivated to make things happen, while driving growth through the acquiring of new clients at a local and national level. The individual would be someone who possess a true passion for consultative sales and desire to achieve new heights.
Leverage a “hunter” mentality to seek out and obtain new business in the technical staffing and placement arena.
Generate new opportunities through a high volume of client contacts and visits.
Develop strong relationships with potential accounts and hiring managers by understanding their technical business and staffing needs in order to solicit and open technical roles that need filling.
Conduct cold calls and discovery calls to penetrate new accounts, analyze client needs and make staffing recommendations.
Disburse requisition information to recruiters using our system and collaboration tools.
Seek client feedback and apply information to improve service, while working with Operations Director and AE staff to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Coach recruiters on client business and needs.
Maintains accurate and detailed information and provides best in class customer service for all candidates and clients alike.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of IT staffing and service sales experience
Proven track record of obtaining and penetrating new accounts, while delivering results
Experience using social media and networking tools
Prioritize and possesses good time management skills
Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
Great written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills
