Essential Functions, Responsibilities, or Job Duties:

-Assist in Procuring samples for micro testing.
-Perform color analysis for all production.
-Responsible for lot sample retention.
-Assist with daily yield reports.
-Create inventory tickets for all beet juice production.
-Perform line audits during production.
-Perform other functions as required by the Quality Manager.

Qualifications:

-Have experience with Microsoft Office programs.
-Comprehensive understanding of basic and intermediate math concepts.
-Outstanding organizational skills.
-Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees and customers.
- Basic understanding of measuring tools and equipment.

Education:

-This position requires a high school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Food Science preferred.
-1-2 years of previous Quality Assurance experience would be beneficial.
