We are hiring for a Customer Service position who will be responsible for working with customers assisting them in all their needs, inquiries, pricing, products, scheduling and for efficiently managing, coordinating, and expediting each one of the project orders. This position is responsible for proactively working with our teams through a variety of time-sensitive tasks, duties and administrative support in an organized manner and with great attention to detail in order to expedite each project in process and complete successfully and profitably.
Duties
Fulfill the proactive role of responding to customers first will all inquiries
Keep daily track of new orders and service
Coordinate and synchronize multiple service appointments for customers
Prepare necessary paperwork, complete information and instructions for teams and subcontractors
Maintain communication with other teams and participate in meetings to contribute with ideas to improve programs, processes and customer experience
Requirements
Be a proactive person with strong sense of urgency
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Excellent phone and typing skills
