Job Description
Perform “pre-payroll” processing steps in a high volume atmosphere

2 person team
Doing payroll for 10-11 offices approx. 
1000-1200 checks weekly.
Will have other duties including weekly reports; audits, etc.   
70% payroll related- 30% othe

•    Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll
•    Reconcile payroll and validate reports
•    Ensure that employee status changes are updated and entered into the system on a timely basis
•    Process garnishment calculations and compliance
•    Manage incoming calls and emails regarding payroll information in a timely manner
•    Accurately input and calculate tax withholding and payments
•    Complete other duties as assigned related to payroll processes
