The Position:

We’re looking for Extrusion Machine Operators to join our team on Days or Nights shift. Our Operators are responsible for setup and operation of extrusion and auxiliary production equipment to produce materials. Our operators also maintain a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement; and attention to detail.

We are looking for safety-minded individuals who want a career, not just a job. You must have a 1 year of manufacturing experience (prefer 1 year of machine operating experience).

1. Sets up desired extrusion production machines determined by the production board.
2. Keeps extrusion lines running at maximum efficiency and supplies with materials.
3. Troubleshoots, solves machine issues and handles the variety of changes
4. Observes, inspects and packs finished product
5. Communicates issues with supervisor and co-workers
6. Observes company policies and safety rules
7. Cleans and maintains work area
8.  Performs other duties as assigned
