The Senior Analyst - Network Implementation plays a key role in providing in-depth analysis, forecasting and strategic planning and input of workload, production, service levels, capital, competitive costing and other key performance indicators for Network Services. The metrics provided and strategic input will help with monthly management analysis and insights into staffing, process improvement, capital management and overall team success.
The Sr Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing operational metrics and strategic recommendations by utilizing the primary applications that support NS (Clarity, SAP, PCE, Tableau). These recurring metrics and strategic recommendations are utilized by department managers and senior leadership in order to ensure that NS continues to meet TDS' business needs in both an efficient and cost-effective manner. The Sr. Analyst - Network Implementation will work closely with department managers and senior leadership on desired methods of data assembly, presentation, strategic review and must have a strong knowledge of operational reporting systems, functional processes, capital management, and project management as to ensure maximum efficacy and accuracy.
The position requires a combination of business and technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills as well as expert knowledge of data and reporting. Ability to work with and build relationships with all levels of employees in the company.
