Job Overview:

Responsibilities & Duties:
The Utility Operator must ensure that equipment is filled with product material and packaging material on a continual basis and that the equipment is working properly. The Utility Operator must also clean, make quality checks, and complete machine documentation.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Load machines with materials to allow for continuous operation. Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled and packaged products to standards. Visually check product for quality defects and correct packaging material. Operate equipment when malfunctions occur, clear jams, and report any needed repairs to supervisor/maintenance. Ensure all in process documentation is filled out correctly. Document emptied pouch boxes and seal checks on paperwork for pouch tracking and quality assurance. Ensure housekeeping and 5S are kept at established standards. Complete any Daily Management System information per required frequency.
Qualifications:
1. Min of 1 year Manufacturing experience preferred
