The Willows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Dane, Jefferson and Columbus Counties since 1970. We are located on the northwest side of Sun Prairie, situated in a quiet, lovely residential neighborhood. Several churches, shopping centers, restaurants and a park where summer music concerts are played are just minutes away. St. Mary's Hospital and Meriter Hospital are within twelve miles of our facility. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
