Company Overview
Complete TransPack Solutions, LLC (“CTPS”) is a service provider for transport packaging materials. Customer owned or CTPS pooled - returnable and reusable pallets, top frames, separator sheets and bins used to support rigid container manufacturers operations, these materials require continuous management and services as they cycle in the supply chain.
Our Mission:
The CTPS mission is to consistently, effectively and efficiently provide services guided by safe quality food processes for a business-critical component of our customer’s supply chain – reusable transport packaging materials. Near the end of our customer’s manufacturing process, every can or bottle produced by our customers is stored and transported on the pallets, sheets and top frames that CTPS and our Associates inspect, sort, track and return to our customers in a condition ready for reuse - to begin the process over again.
What we provide:
Transport packaging materials that CTPS provides services for are used to support rigid container manufacturer’s finished products.
As a final step in the manufacturing process, empty metal (aluminum & steel) cans and glass/plastic bottles are placed on transport packaging materials for storage and delivery to filling customers (Coke-a-Cola, ABinBev, Campbell’s, Constellation Brands, etc.).
Our packaging materials:
Transport packaging materials are defined as pallets, top frames, separator sheets and bins – these items are primarily plastic and designed for return and reuse.
Prior to reuse by the container manufacturer and after the beverage /food containers are removed by the filling customers from the transport packaging materials, the materials are returned to an intermediary location. This intermediary location, or service center, is where the returned materials are inspected, sorted, cleaned, repaired, collected for recycling and prepared to begin the supply chain cycle again on the container manufacturer’s production line.
Complete TransPack Solutions has been contracted to support Ball Corporation’s North American Metal Beverage Container manufacturing plants with packaging materials service requirements per a 13-site, multi-year dedicated service contract. It is our expectation that Complete TransPack Solutions will be able to be awarded additional contracts beyond the initial agreement.

While Complete TransPack Solutions is a new company, the company’s management is people oriented and has a long history and deep experience devoted to transport packaging materials. In our past roles with Ball Corporation, Cartonplast, Orbis Corporation and Rehrig Pacific Company we have successfully delighted our customers in areas such as material services, pooling and rental, damage rate reduction, demand planning and system-wide improvements, detailed inventory and tracking processes, service site quality certifications, material repair and reclamation, design and sourcing of customized process machinery with a foundation of reliability, confidence and trust.
