Our staff are exceptional and we are very proud of the services that they provide to all of our residents. Several have been named "Caregiver's of the Year" and have received special recognition. Certified Nursing Assistants who are licensed by the State of Wisconsin, remain up-to-date in their training as Good Hope Manor Milwaukee provides additional specialized training covering a wide variety of medical care. In addition, we employ our own Registered Nurse who consults and assists in resident medical evaluations and provides training to staff on a continuing basis.

We also provide an additional 15 other training programs to all of our caregiving staff ensuring the best possible care for all residents, regardless as to disability or medical needs. Our staff are all Certified Nursing Assistants who continue their education well above required levels. We use only our own trained staff and at no time use pool or outside services. Each facility has its own house supervisor who has years of proven experience and a wide diversity of knowledge working with special need residents.
