Seasonal/Temp to Hire Customer Care Specialist: Full Time
This position will be responsible for providing proficient front line customer support by maintaining relationships, identifying opportunities, listening for feedback, educating about TASC, and servicing expectations of select TASC product lines to Participants and Clients, ensuring that commitments to our customers are met. Qualified candidates should have
Seasonal Processing Assistant: Part Time (20-25 hours per week) with hours between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm
- Education or equivalency to a High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-year demonstrated experience in a Front Line Customer Service environment
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in professional office environment
This position will be performing processing activities in the Administration area. Processing activities may include data entry, scanning, auditing, and general office duties. Secondary responsibilities include special projects as assigned and phone back-up support as needed. Qualified candidates should have:
- Education or equivalency to a High School Diploma (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in professional office environment (preferred)
