LocknCharge is looking for an energetic, hardworking, detail-oriented person to fill an Inside Sales Account Manager position. This exciting position will have the ability to own projects and tasks which will require the candidate to be extremely driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are fast learners, have strong organizational skills and can quickly adapt to changing priorities will be preferred.
The Inside Sales professional will work through an assigned group of opportunities and a curated list of potential leads from a variety of sources including CRM lists, trade shows, inbound calls and referrals. The right candidate will have the ability to relate quickly to people over the phone and develop a relationship via calls, emails and other lead generation tools. It is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in sales within a growing company with a stellar culture. The candidate must have strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, a highly positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Job Description/Major Responsibilities:
Proven inside sales experience
Strong phone sales presence and experience dialing 40-50 calls per day
Strong listening and presentation skills
Leverage sales techniques to uncover prospect’s need and accurately recommend LocknCharge products
Provide accurate and timely updates to CRM System (Salesforce.com) on conversations and tasks completed
Build reports and lists to work from for developing a target list in CRM system
Cooperate with Marketing to refine messaging and targeting based on conversations and leads generated
Coordinate with internal sales staff to transfer hot leads to the appropriate person
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in communicating via phone and email in a business environment/telesales
Strong listening and presentation skills
Excellent communication skill
Attention to detail
Responsive and friendly to internal and external customers
Must be an incredibly self-motivated, independent worker who is flexible enough to handle a wide variety of job responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
CRM experience, Salesforce.com preferred
Knowledge of education market highly preferred
BS/BA or equivalent work experience
