The Opportunity
We are looking for a Video Production Specialist to assist our professional marketing and customer care teams.
 
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop compelling mixed video, audio and written content, including tutorials, use case videos and video case studies
  • Develop motion graphics and animation for use in video content
  • Work with the marketing and customer care teams to help drive specific outcomes, including lead generation and conversion, customer onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Develop mixed video and written content, including blog articles, how-to descriptions, and FAQs
  • Assist with the growth of our social media follower base: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
 
The person we’re looking for:
  • Two or four year degree in journalism, communications, art, graphic design, or video production
  • One to three years of experience in video production
  • Develop video content, including tutorials, use case videos and video case studies
  • Experienced with script writing, story board production, lighting, screen capture, digital video cameras, and post production including effects, color correcting and audio leveling
  • Has a passion for personal growth
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has experience in the use of YouTube, Wistia, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Audition, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, PowerPoint and Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of best practices and file formats for content publishing and distribution
