LocknCharge is looking for an energetic, hardworking, detail-oriented person to support the sales team. This position will have the ability to own projects and tasks which will require the candidate to be extremely driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are fast learners, have strong organizational skills and can quickly adapt to changing priorities will be preferred. This position will offer excellent exposure to a wide variety of sales and marketing operation skills.
The Sales Support Specialist is the backbone of the sales organization, responsible for managing the pipeline of opportunities with our internal sales staff and external resellers. This includes day-to-day management of routing leads from digital and traditional sources and consulting with end users (schools, manufacturers, retail businesses, health care organizations, etc.) on their needs to determine what products might be best for them. Part of being the backbone is being a master of our sales and marketing processes, enforcing current processes and helping train on, develop and enhance future processes to make workflow even better within the organization.
As the program manager for our deal registration program, where resellers of our products register their sales, this position has responsibility for developing, implementing, and enforcing program rules with our internal and external customers. The ability to weigh decisions and information from a variety of sources and communicate decisions clearly and fairly is critical.
The Sales Support Specialist will work directly with resellers of LocknCharge products, seeking to gain greater awareness for our company amongst those organizations and answering their questions to facilitate sales.
The candidate must have strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, a highly positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Description/Major Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for LocknCharge – responding to and routing calls and leads for the sales organization.
Manage program for reseller partners to register their sales.
Work with end users to understand their needs and recommend products. This can include doing virtual video demonstrations of our product.
Develop relationships with resellers of LocknCharge products.
Manage and enforce sales processes and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to recommend, develop and implement new processes and procedures.
Heavily leverage Salesforce.com to serve as the backbone of the sales organization – using it as a productivity tool, recording daily activity and opportunities.
Given the fast-growing nature of our business, other duties as assigned.
