Who are we looking for?
Someone who can:
Design simple, elegant solutions to complex problems
Write great software
Be flexible in tools and environment. Not necessarily a jack of all trades, but versatile
Do full stack development
Help us to make good decisions on features, design, technology, development approach, etc.
Talk to customers and sales people about business problems
Stuff that will put you at the top of our list if you have 5 or more years of experience with:
Traditional Languages: Java, Objective C, JavaScript
Is awesome to work with and gets fired up about their work
Takes initiative and can also work with teams
Has a passion for personal growth and continuing education
Works seamlessly with Dev and QA folks
Is a college grad with a CS degree or equivalent experience
Experienced in leading projects
Project design and architecture
