Job Description
LocknCharge is a fast-growing international company looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who will join our growing marketing team in executing an aggressive marketing strategy and support our sales channel. This position will own projects and tasks which will require the candidate to be extremely driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  Candidates who are fast learners, have incredibly strong organizational skills and can quickly adapt to changing priorities will be preferred. This position will offer excellent exposure to a wide variety of marketing skills and is perfect for an entry level candidate looking to gain experience.
The candidate must have strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, a highly positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Core responsibilities:
  • Events and tradeshow management: developing event strategies with our internal staff, registering for shows, coordination of schedules and travel, selecting and routing of booth components, pre- and post-show marketing (emails, digital marketing, print marketing, and calling lists), and reporting on show ROI.
  • Channel and distribution marketing support: create and edit collateral, updating partner websites, email marketing to channel partners. 
  • Product marketing support: manage product information database for distribution and channel partners, competitive information research and distribution, new product launch assistance.
  • Given the fast-growing nature of LocknCharge, other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience (internship experience ok).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Love of organization and process.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hyper-responsive and incredibly friendly to internal and external customers.
  • Must be an incredibly self-motivated, independent worker who is flexible enough to handle a wide variety of job responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements and be creative in suggesting new approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Preferred Skills:
  • InDesign and Photoshop
  • Previous event management experience
  • Project Management
  • CRM experience/data management (Salesforce.com, etc.)
  • Marketing automation platform experience (Pardot, Eloqua, etc.)
