LocknCharge is a fast-growing international company looking to hire an experienced Logistics Operations Manager who will join our growing Operations team in executing a thoughtful operations strategy and support our product distribution channels. This position will take over key projects and tasks and will benefit from a candidate that is driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. This position offers excellent exposure to a wide variety of logistics and operations areas.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Organize, recommend and execute ideal shipping methods and processes within guidelines and budget to consistently satisfy internal and external customers.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with shipping carriers.
- Develop, confirm and maintain delivery schedules of purchase order fulfillment to channel partners and customers in adherence to service level agreements (SLA’s).
- Manage and develop Warehouse Staff and guide Temporary/Seasonal Staff in the effective and efficient fulfillment of their roles and assignments.
- Monitor Stock and Manage Accurate Inventory using QuickBooks
- Manage Warehouse and Equipment Maintenance to meet City and State regulations.
- Ensure OHSA health and safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Develop and maintain a system for the regular measurement of Warehouse and Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as Days/Weeks on Hands, Delivery Timeliness, Out of Stock, Damage Percent
- Develop and manage Operating Procedures of Repeatable Processes for best-in-class operations of the warehouse.
- Other duties as needed.
- Associates degree. (Bachelors degree preferred.)
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse and/or operations experience
- Experience in supervision and management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Ability to travel as needed to Distribution Partners
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Outstanding organization skills to be able to plan and organize activities, stock, and product movement within warehouse (FIFO).
- Previous experience implementing a Warehouse Management System or EDI
- Previous experience in customs operations and international shipping laws
