The role of the Sales Operations Specialist is to manage distribution and channel inventory as the subject matter expert on product pricing and SKU life-cycle management. This position reports to the Distribution and Channel Marketing Manager and will own projects and tasks that require the person be driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are fast learners, have strong data management and organizational skills and those who can quickly adapt to changing priorities will be preferred. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information regarding LocknCharge product SKU and pricing information for internal and external customers.
Timely and accurate maintenance of product information databases (CNET, Etilize, Salesforce.com, SKU listing for internal staff)
Facilitate forecasting reports to appropriately recommend stocking orders from distribution partners. Monitor inventory levels and recommend changes in inventory.
Complete competitive information research.
Facilitate marketing requests for distribution and channel partners.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of distribution management, product management or similar experience.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel up to 10%
Previous experience in working with vendors, partners or distributors to execute on marketing strategies and plans
