Raised Grain Brewing Co. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our award-winning, fast-growing craft brewery as a Sales Representative. This position will be focused on growing sales in the greater Madison market.
Overview:
Be the face of the brewery in the market with customers, distribution partners and the consumer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop expertise on Raised Grain process and products
Foster new and continue building existing relationships with customers
Regular travel to Waukesha will be required
Keep detailed notes on sales activity and log them in company sales tools
Work with accounts and distribution partners to set up and carry out events that promote Raised Grain (Beer of the Month, beer dinners, tap takeovers, samplings etc.)
Assist with keeping promotional/event calendars up to date
Represent Raised Grain at beer festivals and events
Set up and execute days to work with distribution partners
Monitor product date codes and ensure proper rotation of stock
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and vehicle required (travel is required as a part of this role)
Craft beer industry experience a plus, but not required
Sales experience preferred
Must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends for various events as needed
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be extremely organized to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation:
This is a full-time salaried position with pay commensurate with experience. The pay structure is base salary + monthly bonuses. Vacation time plus beer stipend included. Mileage reimbursement for work related travel is available.
